Want to know when your prescriptions are ready or need to change your order?

Our FREE Text Alerts give you the confidence that we’re taking care of your prescriptions at your convenience!

  • No wasted trips or surprises: When your prescription’s ready, you’ll get a text telling you the medication, the pick-up location and how much it costs
  • Refills on your schedule: We’ll text you when your refills are ready—and if you need to reschedule or cancel your order, you make changes right from your smartphone.
  • Reminders: If you haven’t picked up yet, we’ll even send you a reminder.

Phone Call

We’ll let you know by automated phone call that a prescription is ready for you. A pick-up reminder call will occur if you haven’t picked up your prescription within 7 days of it being filled.  We will return prescriptions to stock if they are not picked up within 10 days. If you are enrolled in our auto-refill program, you’ll receive a call the day after it’s been filled letting you know it is ready. If you are taking a maintenance medication, and not enrolled in our auto-refill program, occasionally you will get a call asking if would like to have your prescription filled. That call will generally be placed 5 days prior to running out of your medication.


Home Delivery

When you order your prescription using Wegmans Pharmacy Online, we’ll send you an email when your prescription is on it’s way. You can also check your order status at any time.
