Why weren’t all of the ingredients added to my shopping list from a recipe?

Occasionally we use other recipes to build a base for another recipe. Whenever we do this, we will list the other recipe we used. If you search for that recipe you will be able to add those items as well.

How do I find recipes that fit my special diet (ex. Low Sodium) in the Wegmans App?

Locate recipes by tapping on the left-hand menu bar icon  and selecting Recipes. Next, locate the filter icon  on the right of your screen. Tap on the filters that you would like and tap “Apply Filters” located at the bottom of the screen.

How do I add recipe ingredients to my list/cart on the Wegmans App?

To add items to your list/cart, tap on the recipe & scroll down and click the orange “Shop Ingredients” bar. Then, individually click the items that you want to add to your list/cart.

How do I view my saved recipes on the Wegmans App?

Locate recipes by tapping on the left-hand menu bar icon  and selecting Recipes. Then, tap on the first box with the bowl and whisk icon labeled “Saved Recipes”

How do I find recipes that fit my special diet (ex. Low Sodium) on wegmans.com?

Click Recipes at the top of the page. Then, check the boxes of the filters you want to apply. If the filter you want is not showing on the top bar under Recipes, click the filters icon  to view more filters.

How do I add ingredients to my list/cart on wegmans.com?

To add items to your list/cart, click on the recipe & scroll down and select the orange “Add to Cart/List” button to the right of the product you want to purchase.

How do I view my saved recipes on wegmans.com?

Click Recipes at the top of the page. Then you can either select the first box with the bowl and whisk icon labeled “Saved Recipes”  or locate the “Saved Recipes” on the left-hand column of the page.

How do I print a recipe?

The easiest way to print a recipe is to scroll down to the “Directions” section and click the yellow “View Step by Step” button. Then, just right click and to print the page. This will be the most printer friendly format.

If I use my Shoppers Club for Business card, can I view my receipts online?

No–at this time, wegmans.com and Shoppers Club for Business cards cannot be linked, so you won’t be able to view those receipts online. However, if you receive your Shoppers Club for Business statement electronically, you can see purchase receipts that way. Please contact your Shoppers Club for Business representative or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267) for more details.

Why is the Shopper Club number in the My Orders and Receipts page not the same as my actual Shoppers Club number?

Wegmans uses an issue number when registering a customer’s Shoppers Club account for My Orders and Receipts. Sometimes, this issued number does not match the last four digits on the customers Shoppers Club account. This does not affect the accuracy of your receipts.

Can I view the receipts of purchases made by members of my household?

Only if they’re using the same Shoppers Club account. Each Shoppers Club account is uniquely linked to an account on wegmans.com, and there cannot be more than one Shoppers Club membership connected to an account. As a result, the account holder can only access the receipts of the Shoppers Club account they’ve registered. If two members of a household are using two different Shoppers Club accounts, their receipts would have to be accessed through two separate accounts on wegmans.com.

Can I see what items were on Shoppers Club when I view my receipts?

Yes—All receipts show Shoppers Club savings for specific items, indicated as “SHOPPERS CLUB SAVINGS”, as well your total savings for all purchases.

How do I print my receipts off wegmans.com?

There is no Printer Friendly format for printing receipts, but you can print off the receipt by viewing it on wegmans.com, right clicking, and selecting print from the drop-down list.

Why do I see receipts on my account for purchases that I did not make?

If you share your Shoppers Club account with others, those transactions will show on your account since they are using your membership account. Also, if you have the same phone number on your account as other members and you both use the phone number lookup at the register, we cannot distinguish which account the receipts should be posted to—and they may end up showing on someone else’s account.

To avoid inaccuracies on your account please be sure your Shoppers Club account information is always up to date and avoid sharing your Shoppers Club account with others.

Can I print my receipt off wegmans.com and use it to redeem coupons I forgot to use?

No—we’re sorry but these printed receipts cannot be used for redeeming forgotten coupons. An original cash register receipt is still required.

Can I print my receipt off wegmans.com and use it to refund an item I purchased if I don’t have my original receipt?

Yes—you can print your receipt and bring it to the store with the item for a refund. Or, if you used your Shoppers Club card to place the order, you can go the service desk at any Wegmans location and they can look up your receipt for you. All posted refund policy requirements still apply.

How far back can I view my receipts online?

Your receipts will be available online through your account for at least one year after the original transactions. At the beginning of a new year, all receipts collected before the year that just ended will be removed and will no longer be accessible. For example, on January 1, 2011, all receipts collected during 2009 will be removed, while receipts from 2010 remain available online until they are removed on January 1, 2012.

Why don’t I see receipts on my account for purchases that I made more than 36 hours ago?

There are a few possibilities. If your Shoppers Club was not used at checkout, the receipt will not show. Also, if the purchase was made at a pharmacy register, due to HIPAA regulations the receipt will not show. For questions, please contact us or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267) Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm EST or Saturday & Sunday between 8am-5pm EST.

How long do I have to wait until I can view my receipts online?

After a store purchase, your receipt will be viewable within 36 hours of your transaction.

What do I need to do so that I’m able to view my receipts online?

To view receipts of purchases made in store, you must have a Shoppers Club added to your Wegmans Online account. You must also use either your phone number or Wegmans App when making a store purchase at the register, so they will be accessible on wegmans.com.

NOTE: If there is a pharmacy purchase in your transaction, that will not be accessible online.

Although you only need a Wegmans Online account to view past online purchases, we recommend signing up for Shoppers Club to see both your in store and online purchases.

How can I view my receipts online?

In order to view your in-store receipts online, you must have a Shoppers Club number that is registered with an account on wegmans.com.

If you’ve already created an online account and are on a computer, simply log in, then click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Select “My Orders and Receipts” from the drop-down menu and click the orange “View” button to the right of the list you want to see.

 

If you have already created an account and are on the Wegmans app, click on the left-hand menu icon  and select “My Orders and Receipts”. Tap the date of the receipt that you want to view.

What is Instacart Express?

Instacart Express allows you to get unlimited free delivery on all orders over $35 for a monthly or annual membership fee. For more information, please visit Instacart’s website here. Please note that this does not include deliveries for Meals 2GO.

I’m already an Instacart Express Customer. Can I still use Instacart Express on the Wegmans site?

Yes.  Your Instacart Express membership can also be used for orders on Wegmans.com or the Wegmans App.

I’m already an Instacart Express Customer. How is Wegmans Unlimited Delivery different than Instacart Express & should I switch to Wegmans Unlimited Delivery after my Instacart Express membership ends?

Wegmans Unlimited Delivery is powered by Instacart Express. The benefits and pricing are the same.  Wegmans may opt to add additional Wegmans-specific benefits to this membership in the future.  To ensure those are received, you may opt to convert to Wegmans Unlimited delivery when your express membership is up for renewal.

Can I use Wegmans Unlimited Delivery for delivery on my Meals 2GO order?

No. Wegmans Unlimited Delivery can only be used on orders placed through Wegmans.com or the Wegmans App.

Is my web browser supported? –

We recommend using the following web browsers (current and prior major release of) Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

If you are using an older version of one of the above browsers, you may want to consider upgrading to a newer version.

What is In-Store Shopping?

When you open wegmans.com and select In-Store shopping, you are able to build lists that will help you when you go shopping at the store. These lists can be changed to Curbside or Delivery orders by selecting “Order for Delivery or Pickup” at the bottom of the list.

How do I create a shopping list (for in-store)?

Click the “Add to List” button below the product you want to add to your list. You do not need to be signed in to your account to build a list, but we recommend signing in so you can view past purchases, and/or save the shopping list for future reference. You can quickly find your previously purchased products by selecting “My Items”.

Where did my saved lists go?

To find a saved list on the website, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select “Saved Lists” from the drop-down list. To view the products in your saved lists, click on the orange “Details” button to the right of the list you want to view.

How can I create a cart (for grocery delivery or curbside pickup)?

To build a cart, you do not need to be signed in to your account. Click the “Add to Cart” button below the product you want to add to your order for delivery or curbside pickup. In order to checkout for delivery or curbside pickup, you must sign in with your Wegmans Online account.  We recommend making sure your Shoppers Club is linked to your account so you can get all the benefits of Shoppers Club, including digital coupons, viewing in-store past purchases, and more.

You can also convert your in-store list by clicking on the “Order Online” button at the bottom of your list.

Why do I want to build a shopping list?

It can help you organize your trip to the store and save time. The list can be sorted by department or aisle to help ensure you don’t miss anything on your list.

How do I save a shopping list?

You must be signed in to your Wegmans Online account to save a shopping list. If you would like to register now, please click here.

Once signed in, click on “Saved Lists.” Lists are saved once you add items to your list.

Why am I not seeing some or all of my in-store grocery items?

There are a few reasons why your in-store past purchase items are not showing up:

  • Shoppers Club was not applied at checkout. Your Shoppers Clubs is required at checkout for the purchase to be added to your account.
  • It takes 36 hours after the purchase for it to show up
  • Purchases made at a pharmacy register will not show up due to HIPAA regulations.

Why am I not seeing some or all of my online grocery past purchase items?

Why am I seeing purchases that I did not make?

If you share your Shoppers Club account or phone number with others, those transactions will show on your account since they are using your account and not theirs.

To avoid inaccuracies on your account, please be sure your Shoppers Club account information is up to date and avoid sharing your Shoppers Club account information with others. You can update your information on the “My Profile” page, or by contacting our Customer Care Center here, or at 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Am I able to create multiple shopping lists? –

Yes, but you must be a registered user and signed in to the site. If you would like to register now, please click here. You can manage your shopping lists by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and selecting “Saved Lists” from the drop-down menu. Then, click the “Create New List” button. Name your list and select “Create List”.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I can have on my list?

No, you can have as many items on your list as you would like.

How do I adjust the quantity of an item?

If you are still viewing the item, you can adjust the quantity by clicking on the plus (+) or minus (-) sign on the “Add to List” button.

If it’s already in your list, you can go to your shopping list detail page and click on the plus (+) or minus (-) sign to the left of the item to increase or decrease the number of items you need.

How do I delete a shopping list?

Unsaved Lists:

To delete an unsaved list, hover over your list on the right-hand side of the page. Locate the three vertically stacked dots and click on them. Then, select “Empty List”.

Saved Lists:

Locate your saved lists by going to the “Saved Lists” page. Then click on the grey “X” to the right of the list you would like to delete. When the confirmation window pops up, click “OK” to confirm you want to delete the list.

How do I delete an item from my active shopping list/ cart?

Click on your shopping list/cart in either the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click the grey “X” to the left of the item’s image that you want to remove. You will be asked to confirm that you want to remove the item. Select “Remove” and the item will be deleted.

If your shopping list/ cart is collapsed to the right-hand side of the screen, hover your mouse over your list and hover over the item you want to remove. You can either reduce the item’s quantity to zero or select “Remove” under the listed item’s quantity. In both instances, you will be asked to confirm that you want to remove the item. Select “Remove” and the item will be deleted.

Can I print my shopping list?

Unsaved Lists:

Yes. Unsaved lists can be printed by hovering over your list on the right-hand side of the page and clicking on the three vertically stacked dots . Then, select “Print”.

Saved Lists:

You can print your saved list by going to the “Saved Lists” page and clicking on the “Details” button to the right of the list you would like to print. On the List Details page, select the “Print” button

Can I email my list to someone?

To email a list to someone on Wegmans.com follow the instructions to print the list. Instead of printing the list, save it as a PDF and it can be sent as an email from there.

How do I view my list by aisle?

For items to be sorted by aisle, you must be in the In-Store shopping mode. If your items are sorted by department, it means that you are in Curbside or Delivery mode.

If you are viewing your list in In-Store shopping mode, you can sort your list by clicking on the List icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. This will bring you to a page titled “Review List”.  Select “Sort List” at the top of your page and choose to either sort your list by aisle or sort by department.

Will everything I see displayed on my list online be on my print out or email?

Yes. Everything displayed on your online list will be displayed on your print out and email.

If you are shopping in store, the list will be sorted by aisle number at your selected store.

Will I see the total as I’m building my list?

An estimated total is displayed at the top right corner of the screen as you build your list. Your estimated total will vary depending on weight/number of items, tax, discounts, etc. Your actual total can only be determined upon purchase at checkout.

When you switch your list from in-store to curbside pickup or delivery, your estimated total will be updated to reflect the pricing differences.

Can I add notes to my list?

Notes can’t be added to a list on the “Saved Lists” page. Once you move items to your list or cart, you can make notes under each individual item by selecting “Add Note”. These notes will be saved for the next time you order form your list.

Shopping Notes can also be added to your list by hovering over the list on the right of your screen and typing your note in the box under “Shopping Note.” Once you have completed your note, click on the plus icon to add the note to your list.

Is there a way to see if anything is on sale?

If there is a Shoppers Club discount available on an item, the Shoppers Club icon  will appear next to the price on your list. An icon will also appear on the item’s image if you have a Digital Coupon for the product. When shopping, you can filter products to only display products on Shopper Club by selection the by Shoppers Club by selecting the filter icon  and selecting “Shoppers Club”.

Does Wegmans Ship to locations across the US or abroad?

No, we do not ship groceries. The Shopping List/Cart is an online tool designed to help you plan your shopping trip or order groceries for delivery or curbside pickup.

How are products displayed when I search for an item by keyword?

When you are signed in, your items will be displayed first when you search for an item. This will allow you to quickly add the items you frequently buy to your list. Make sure your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that you see both your instore and online purchases.

How can I order more quickly using My Items?

When searching for products, you can use the “My Items” filter to display only the products that you have previously purchased. Make sure you are logged in and that your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that both your instore and online purchases show.

Why are some of the items displayed under the organic filter not USDA certified organic?

Products made with some organic ingredients (i.e. Made with Organic Grains) are displaying the green organic wellness key. Customers have told us they like to see the full made with organic assortment. The organic leaf if your shortcut to fully organic items.

How do I create a Wegmans Online Account?

To create a Wegmans Online Account on the Wegmans App, select the left-hand menu bar icon . At the bottom of the menu, tap the orange button that says, “Sign In/Register”. At the bottom of the page, tap “Create an Account”. Enter your name, email, and password and then tap “Create Account”. Next you’ll be asked to add your Shoppers Club to your online account to ensure you get access to all the benefits including digital coupons, in-store past purchases and more.

To Create a Wegmans Online Account on wegmans.com, find the “Sign In/Register” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. At the bottom of the page, a select “Create an Account”. Enter your name, email, and password and then tap “Create Account”. Next you’ll be asked to add your Shoppers Club to your online account to ensure you get access to all the benefits including digital coupons, in-store past purchases and more.

How do I update my account information?

On the “My Profile” page, you can: update your personal information, opt in or our of emails, view online receipts, view your shopping list(s), change your store preference, change subscription preferences (emails and postal mail), and view and edit your recipe box.

Click the orange “Save Changes” button at the bottom when you are finished to save your changes.

How do I change my store?

Click on the list icon   to view your current shopping method and store. To the right of the store name, click on “Change” to change the store you are shopping at. When you locate the store you want to shop at, click the “Select” button to the right of the store name.

How do I change my password?

Once signed in to wegmans.com, you can change your password by visiting the “Change Password” page under “My Profile.” A window will pop up prompting you to log in again. Then, follow the instructions on the page. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the Customer Care Center here, or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the Sign-In window. If you are still having trouble, contact the Customer Care Center here, or at 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

How do I know what my user name is?

Your user name is the email address you have on file with wegmans.com. If you have forgotten your user name, please contact the Customer Care Center here, or at 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Why aren’t my last name and Shoppers Club number being recognized in the linking process?

If you use any punctuation or additional spacing when entering your last name during the Shoppers Club account linking process, our system will have difficulty recognizing your account. Our system can, however, successfully link your account using just the first four letters of your last name.

  • Delete any periods (Smith Jr. becomes Smith Jr)
  • Delete any apostrophes (O’Connor becomes OConnor)
  • Replace any dashes with a space (Johnson-Smith becomes Johnson Smith)
  • Delete additional space within name (Mc Donald becomes McDonald)

Can I have 2 Shoppers Club accounts registered under one email address?

No, you can only have one Shoppers Club account associated with an email address.

How do I benefit from being a registered user on Wegmans.com?

It is not necessary to be logged in to view our site.  However, if you are registered, you can create and save your own customized shopping lists, sign up to receive Fresh News emails, share recipes, receive digital coupons, and many more benefits.

Why can I not find an item?

The product that you may be looking for may be carried in our store, but we currently don’t have the information on our website. Please contact our Customer Care Center here, or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Am I on a secure site?

We make every effort to ensure your personal information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption so your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the Internet. A padlock appears in the corner of your web browser when you are using SSL encryption.

Does Wegmans have a privacy policy?

Yes. The information gathered through this site will only be used on behalf of giving you, our valued customer, our very best. Our Privacy Policy is available for your convenience and answers questions you may have about our website.

Why does Wegmans need to know my Birthday?

Wegmans asks for your date of birth so we can provide more personalized, age-appropriate content through our digital channels. We do not share this information with any outside party or service.

Why do I have to link my Instacart account with my Wegmans account?

Linking your Instacart account with your Wegmans account allows you to see the past purchases you made on Instacart in your Wegmans My Items section.

How do I get the Menu magazine?

Pick up a copy free in store.

Does the Menu Magazine automatically forward to a new address?

Unfortunately, we do not forward mail. If you would like to receive the magazine at a different address please update your information online on the “My Profile” page, stop by your local service desk to update your information, or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267).

Is my mobile device supported?

The Wegmans app can run on any Android device with OS 4.4.4 or higher, or any iOS device (excluding iPhone 5 and below) with OS 7.1.2 and higher. Only mobile web is supported for iPad and Android tablets. If you have an iPhone 5 and below, you can still use wegmans.com on your phone by opening your mobile web browser and going to wegmans.com.

Why do I have to sign in?

In order to provide you the best possible user experience we ask that you sign in to retrieve your favorite recipes and shopping lists (with past purchases) along with many other great features.

How do I sign in to the Wegmans App?

Tap the left-hand menu bar icon , then “Sign In/Register” at the bottom of the menu and follow the instructions.

Do I have to sign in or can I use the App as a guest?

The App can be used without signing in.  However, to get the most out of your experience, we recommend signing in with or creating a Wegmans Online account and linking your Shoppers Club. This allows you to access both in-store and online purchases, see previously purchased items in search results, view and clip digital coupons to your Shoppers Club, and much more.

How do I update my information on the Wegmans App?

Tap the left-hand menu icon and select “Profile.” On the Profile page you can update your name, email, phone number, birthday, and address.  If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Care Center here or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267) (Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm)

What is In-Store Shopping?

How do I change my store?

Tap the left-hand menu icon ,then the name of the store you are currently shopping. Select the list method you want to shop, and then choose your desired store.

If I change my store, will my shopping list now reflect that change?

Yes, if you change your store in the Wegmans App or wegmans.com, your shopping lists aisle locations will be updated to reflect that change. Only products available at the updated store location will transfer r to your new list.

Why can’t I view My Items on the Wegmans App?

My Items information shows up 36 hours after your purchase. If it has been 36 hours or more since the purchase, there are a few reasons you aren’t seeing your purchases.  If your Shoppers Club or phone number was not used during the transaction, your previously purchased items will not show.  If the purchase was made at a pharmacy register, the purchased items will not show due to HIPAA regulations.  Please note that your Shoppers Club must be linked to an active web account in order to view your items.

How do I scan an item?

To scan an item, select the barcode icon  located in the search bar and point your camera at the barcode you want to scan. Note: your camera needs to be enabled within the Wegmans App.

I’m using the barcode scanning feature in the Wegmans App – why won’t my item scan?

With thousands of items in our stores there are many varieties of UPC formats, labels, colors and materials used. In our testing we have found that some items (especially shiny plastics) have a harder time scanning than others.  Additionally, some items have not been loaded to our online catalog, therefore the barcode won’t be recognized when scanning.

How can I find out more information about “my store,” like available departments and contact information?

First, make sure you are shopping “In Store”. Then, tap the left-hand menu icon  and select the name of the store displayed. Tap “Store Details” located under the select button of the store you want more information about.

When I tap on My Items in the Wegmans App, do I see both in-store and online purchases?

As long as your Wegmans Online account has been linked to your Shoppers Club you will see both in-store and online past purchases.  If you have not linked them, all you will see are online purchases.

Why do My Items show up first when I search for an item?

To help you build a list or cart more quickly, your previously purchased items are often the first products to appear when you search. To take advantage of this time saving technique, you must be logged into your Wegmans account.

Can I create multiple shopping lists?

You can create as many shopping lists as you want, but you can only have one active shopping list at a time. The easiest way to create a new shopping list is to click on the left-hand menu bar icon and tap “Saved Lists”. Then, tap on the “Create New List” button to create your new list.

If you are viewing a product and want to make a new shopping list with that item, select the “Save for Later” button underneath the “Add to List” button. A drop-down box will appear, and just enter the title of your list and click the orange “+” icon. This will create your list and add the item to it.

How do I add an item to a Saved List?

To add an item to a Saved List, click on the orange heart icon on the product tile and select the name of the list that you want to add the product to. Or, you can click on the product and then select the orange “Save for Later” button and click on the list you want to add it to.

How do I view my list by aisle?

For items to be sorted by aisle, you must be in the In-Store shopping mode. If your items are sorted by department, it means that you are in Curbside or Delivery mode.

Can I share a list with someone?

Yes, to share a list with someone tap on the “My List” tile on the homepage. Then in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, tap on the three vertically stacked dots  and select “Share List”. This will allow you to share your list via text message, email, and more.

How do I add ingredients for a recipe to my shopping list?

Tap the left-hand menu icon  and select “Recipes.” When you locate a recipe you want to shop for, select “Shop Ingredients” under the “Ingredients” tab. Then, tap “Add to List” for each ingredient you want to add to your list. If you are already signed in, the ingredients will be added automatically.  If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to do so.

How do I access recipes I have saved?

You must be signed in to access your saved recipes on the Wegmans App, click on the left-hand menu bar icon  and select “Saved Recipes.”

How are products displayed when I search for an item by keyword?

When you are signed in, your items will be displayed first when you search for an item. This will allow you to quickly add the items you frequently buy to your list. Make sure your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that you see both your instore and online purchases.

How can I order more quickly using My Items?

When searching for products, you can use the “My Items” filter to display only the products that you have previously purchased. Make sure you are logged in and that your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that both your instore and online purchases show.

Why am I receiving the message “Your account is already in use.” when trying to create an account on the Wegmans App?

You are receiving this message because you already have an existing Wegmans Online account.  Please sign in with the email address that was used to create the account or click on the “Forgot Password” link if you do not know your password.  If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Care Center here, or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Why am I having trouble adding my Shoppers Club to my Wegmans Online account in the mobile app?

If you use any punctuation or additional spacing when entering your last name during the Shoppers Club account addition process, our system will have difficulty recognizing your account. You can also choose to use your zip code.

Here are some helpful tips when entering your last name:

  • Delete any periods (Smith Jr. becomes Smith Jr)
  • Delete any apostrophes (O’Connor becomes OConnor)
  • Replace any dashes with a space (Johnson-Smith becomes Johnson Smith)
  • Delete additional space within name (Mc Donald becomes McDonald)

How do I add my Shoppers Club account to Apple Wallet?

The Shoppers Club bar code is only accessible in the Wegmans App. We hope to integrate with Apple Wallet in a future release.

Is the Wegmans App available to use in an Apple Watch?

The Wegmans App currently cannot be used on an Apple Watch.

Why am I having problems connecting when I open the Wegmans App?

Please make sure you have downloaded the most updated version of our app, as we continually improve the functionality with each new release.

Why do I lose connectivity of the app when in your stores?

We are working to improve connectivity points at all our locations. Once you access the list you want to use, the list remains viewable regardless of connectivity. You can also check items off as you place them in your cart.
