While healthy eating looks different for each of us and often changes over time, we think it can be fun, flexible, and full of flavor!
We will support you with tips, resources, and education to help you discover an eating approach that empowers you to feel your best.
A little about me: I am a lifelong learner of all things related to nutrition & health—from different foods, nutrients, and eating approaches to yoga, meditation, and restorative sleep. I live with my husband, two sons, and two cats in a charming old house. I love listening to music, especially live music, taking leisurely walks through my neighborhood, and seizing an opportunity to ride a rollercoaster.
I am passionate about helping people feel empowered to experiment and discover an eating approach that works for them, particularly for those living with digestive issues. It’s often small changes over time that can have the most impact on a person’s health. I love being able to help support people on their journey.
Favorite Wegmans Recipe: Red Quinoa & Avocado Salad. It’s colorful, flavorful, and gluten free!
Favorite Wegmans Brand Product: Basting Oil. A little goes a long way! My family loves when I use it to make roasted veggies such as asparagus, broccoli, peppers, and Brussels sprouts.
A little about me: I live with my husband and three young sons in a quiet, rural area. I enjoy the peace and nature surrounding our home, including many birds (even a resident pheasant), which I love to watch with my boys. You can usually find me on my porch, playing outside with the family, or in the kitchen cooking (NOT baking—no thank you) because I absolutely LOVE to cook!
I am passionate about reducing stress around feeding kids and families, and guiding people towards trusting their inner wisdom about food and nutrition. I am also particularly passionate about empowering women when it comes to their health and body image.
Favorite Wegmans Recipe: Tuscan Beans with Basil Pesto & Mushrooms. I love this recipe (maybe a little too much) because I can swap many ingredients depending on what I have on hand, such as different broths, beans, and greens!
Favorite Wegmans Brand Product: Italian Classics Blush Pasta Sauce. This sauce is delicious and makes a quick and flavorful dinner possible. We put it on pasta as well as proteins like chicken, and even mix it with rice and veggies—so it’s more versatile than you’d think!
A little about me: I am a nutritionist, yogi, and free-spirit lover of life. I enjoy spending time with good food, good wine, and good friends.

Favorite Wegmans Brand Product: Lemon & Garlic Marinade. It’s so versatile! I use it for roasting veggies, grilling fish, and even as a sauce for pasta!
A little about me: As a mom to three school-aged children I, too, navigate weekly meal planning and “what’s for dinner?” with busy schedules! My husband and I enjoy all things outdoors as a family through each season—skiing, cheering at baseball games, boating, and hiking with our lovable golden retriever.

A little about me: I am a new mom who is working on finding a balance between work, family time, and fun time! I love to travel and experience new foods and cultures and can’t wait to share that with my son. I enjoy cooking and hosting gatherings for my family and friends, especially on Sundays to watch football.
I am passionate about teaching people how to create affordable, balanced meals. I also love discovering new products and sharing my knowledge with others.
Favorite Wegmans Recipe: Slow-Cooked Beef Minestrone. We eat soup all year long, and any recipe that I can make in the slow cooker is a winner in my book! I love that I can put everything together before I go to work, and we have a delicious, hearty meal when we get home. Soups also make great options for leftovers!
Favorite Wegmans Brand Product: Garlic Tuscan Bread. It’s a great addition to any meal, and I love using the leftover bread (if there is any) for avocado toast in the morning.
A little about me: I have been committed to helping people with their health and wellness for over 25 years. I enjoy learning about different cultural food traditions. I love to be outside and find inspiration from hiking in nature whether it be in a local park, the mountains or the beach. My two children have grown and flown, and they make me proud to be their mama.
I am passionate about teaching people how eating nutritious and delicious foods can improve their health and that no food is off limits—life is too short to not eat what you love once in a while!
Favorite Wegmans Recipe: Mom’s Eggplant Parmesan Casserole is a family and friend favorite at my house. It is such an easy, delicious, and better-for-you interpretation of eggplant parm using some convenience items I always have on hand like jarred pasta sauce and dried breadcrumbs.
Favorite Wegmans Brand Product: Black Bean and Corn Salsa is a fun and delicious food, plus it can be eaten as a dip or be used as a sauce with fish or chicken.
