Start with a Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothies are an easy breakfast or snack that kids can help make in every color of the rainbow. Try these three simple steps to create your own.

  • Pick Your Fruit Juice – ½ cup of your favorite juice
  • Choose Your Fruit – 1 cup of fruit (You can use frozen or fresh. Using all fresh fruit? Add ice cubes.)
  • Add Yogurt – 6oz of your favorite yogurt
