Create the Perfect Popcorn

Follow these easy steps for the perfect movie night popcorn. Have your kids help make their own.

Using a Pot, Pan or Skillet:

  • Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil to pan
  • Add a single kernel of corn; cover and heat at MEDIUM-HIGH
  • When kernel pops, add just enough popcorn to cover pan bottom in a single layer; cover and shake gently
  • When popping slows, remove from heat
  • When popping stops, remove cover (away from face)
  • Transfer to serving bowl; season to taste
