How do I create a Wegmans Online Account?

Why do I need to verify my phone number?

A one-time phone verification is needed to ensure the online account and Shoppers Club benefits are linked properly. This will enable your telephone number to be entered at register and will provide you with access to accurate receipt history as well as Digital Coupons customized to your transaction history.

How do I update my account information?

Click on the “Hello” button on the website homepage or in the menu in the upper left corner on the Wegmans App to update your profile information, opt in or out of emails, view online receipts, change preferences, and view and edit your saved recipes.

How do I change my password?

Once signed in to wegmans.com, you can change your password by selecting “Change Password” from the menu. A window will pop up prompting you to log in again. Then, follow the instructions on the page. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the Customer Care Center here or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the Sign-In window. If you are still having trouble, contact the Customer Care Center here, or at 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

How do I know what my username is?

Your user name is the email address you have on file with wegmans.com. If you have forgotten your user name, please contact the Customer Care Center here, or at 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Can I have two Shoppers Club accounts registered under one email address?

No, you can only have one Shoppers Club account associated with an email address.

Why can I not find an item?

The product may be carried in our store, but we currently don’t have the information on our website. Please contact our Customer Care Center here or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.

Also, did you know that you can make your online account even more secure by taking advantage of our multi-factor authentication option, which, when activated, helps confirm that log-in activity associated with your account is legitimate? Enrolling in multi-factor authentication is simple.

Here are the steps:

  • Log in to wegmans.com
  • Click on “Hello [your first name]”
  • Select “Account Security” from drop-down menu
  • Click in box to turn 2-step authentication on or off, then click the “Done” button
  • Select method to receive the passcode (text, phone call or email), then click “Send Code” button
  • Enter code into box, then click “Submit Code” button
  • You’ll then be returned to shop.wegmans.com

If enabled, the log-in process is:

  • Provide email and password
  • Select method to receive the passcode (text, phone call or email), then click “Send Code” button
  • Enter code into box and click “Submit Code” button
  • You’ll then be returned to shop.wegmans.com

If disabled, the log-in process is:
