What is Wegmans for Business?
This program helps make organizational purchasing at Wegmans quick and efficient using a Wegmans for Business account.
What are the benefits of having a Wegmans for Business Membership account?
Membership benefits include:
- A personal Customer Service and Account Manager assigned to your account
- Digital coupons
- Automatic Shoppers Club discounts
- Multiple cards and accounts
- Systemized sales tax-exempt recognition when applicable
- Online ordering for Meals 2GO and Catering
- Online grocery shopping
- Online gift card purchasing
- Receipts available online
What are the terms and conditions of the Membership program or optional Charge feature?

What are the benefits of having a Wegmans for Business Charge account?
Charge benefits include all of the Membership benefits above, plus:
- Monthly billing
- Purchase order capabilities
- Payment for online shopping
- Electronic statements
- ACH payments
- Security alerts
- View balances online
Do I need to have a Membership account to apply for a Charge account?
Yes, a Membership account is required to apply for a Charge account.
Do I need to use both my Membership and Wegmans for Business Charge cards?
For purchases made in store, a 2-card swipe is required to receive all your benefits, such as sales tax exemption when applicable, digital coupons, and Shoppers Club discounts. The Membership card has a bar code which will appear on a cell phone if an online account is set up.
For purchases made on wegmans.com and Meals 2GO, log in to your online account to receive all your benefits, such as sales tax exemption when applicable, digital coupons, and Shoppers Club discounts.

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 7 PM ET
Saturday & Sunday 8 AM – 5 PM ET
Online accounts work best with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE 11, and iOS/Safari browsers.
You can also visit wegmans.com/chargehelp to view your Wegmans for Business Charge account.
Is there a fee to sign up for a Wegmans for Business Membership?
There are no fees associated with a Membership account.
What is the yearly fee for a Wegmans for Business Charge account?
For a Charge account, there is a $100 annual fee charged on the master account.
How do I activate my Charge card once it arrives in the mail?
There will be a sticker on your Charge card with a phone number to call to activate the card: 1-800-543-5073. You must know the last 4 digits of your business’s federal tax number for verification. Membership cards will not need to be activated.
Will there be a PIN number associated with my Charge card?
No, a PIN number will not be required.
Can I use my Wegmans for Business Charge account as payment for purchases online?
Yes, once you are set up for online purchasing through your Membership account, you can use your Charge account for payment when ordering through wegmans.com, the Wegmans App, meals2GO.com or the Meals 2GO App.
Can I use my Wegmans Charge cards at other stores?
Wegmans for Business Charge cards can only be used in a Wegmans-owned store, restaurant or wine shop.
Can I order gift cards using my Wegmans for Business Charge account?
Yes, visit wegmans.com/giftcards, click “Purchase Wegmans Gift Cards” and go to “Gift Cards for Businesses.
Can I use a Wegmans gift card to pay for my Charge bill?
No, not at this time.
Can I use my Wegmans for Business Charge card to pay my billing statement?
No, we only accept a check or ACH payment.
Can I use my Wegmans for Business cards in more than one state?
Yes! Your Wegmans for Business cards will work in any Wegmans store, regardless of your location.
How long will it take for my Wegmans for Business cards to arrive?
Once we receive your application, both your Membership and Charge cards will arrive within two weeks. However, you can log in to your online account to purchase on wegmans.com and meals2GO.com immediately.
How many Wegmans for Business cards can I get?
You can have as many cards as you need for your account. You can also set up multiple accounts to suit your organization’s needs.
Can I use a purchase order for my Wegmans for Business purchase?
Our Charge program allows you to use purchase orders to help control spending and maintain budgets. To learn more, visit wegmans.com/business.
