Why can’t I find certain items on the app/site?

Items only appear on the website and app when they are both available at that store and have recent sales. This means that product selection will vary by store. Also, certain items are not available for curbside pickup and delivery, so to see the widest selection of products be sure you are shopping using the in-store mode.

Is my mobile device supported?

The Wegmans app can run on any Android device with OS 5.0 or higher, or any iOS device (excluding iPhone 5 and below) with OS 10.0 and higher. Only mobile web is supported for iPad and Android tablets. If you have an iPhone 5 and below, you can still use wegmans.com on your phone by opening your mobile web browser and going to www.wegmans.com.

Why do I have to sign in?

In order to provide you the best possible user experience we ask that you sign in to retrieve your favorite recipes and shopping lists (with past purchases) along with many other great features.

How do I sign in to the Wegmans App?

Tap the left-hand menu bar icon , then “Sign In/Register” at the bottom of the menu and follow the instructions.

Do I have to sign in or can I use the App as a guest?

The App can be used without signing in.  However, to get the most out of your experience, we recommend signing in with or creating a Wegmans Online account and linking your Shoppers Club. This allows you to access both in-store and online purchases, see previously purchased items in search results, view and clip digital coupons to your Shoppers Club, and much more.

How do I update my information on the Wegmans App?

Tap the left-hand menu icon and select “Profile.” On the Profile page you can update your name, email, phone number, birthday, and address.  If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Care Center here or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267) (Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm)

What happens if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by following the link here. You can also select the “Forgot Password?” link on any “Sign In/Register” page and follow the instructions. If you are still having troubles, you can contact the Customer Care Center here or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267) (Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm)

What is In-Store Shopping?

When you open wegmans.com and select In-Store shopping, you are able to build lists that will help you when you go shopping at the store. These lists can be changed to Curbside or Delivery orders by selecting “Order for Delivery or Pickup” at the bottom of the list.

How do I change my store?

Tap the left-hand menu icon ,then the name of the store you are currently shopping. Select the list method you want to shop, and then choose your desired store.

If I change my store, will my shopping list now reflect that change?

Yes, if you change your store in the Wegmans App or wegmans.com, your shopping lists aisle locations will be updated to reflect that change. Only products available at the updated store location will transfer r to your new list.

Why can’t I view My Items on the Wegmans App?

My Items information shows up 36 hours after your purchase. If it has been 36 hours or more since the purchase, there are a few reasons you aren’t seeing your purchases.  If your Shoppers Club or phone number was not used during the transaction, your previously purchased items will not show.  If the purchase was made at a pharmacy register, the purchased items will not show due to HIPAA regulations.  Please note that your Shoppers Club must be linked to an active web account in order to view your items.

How do I scan an item?

To scan an item, select the barcode icon located in the search bar and point your camera at the barcode you want to scan. The item will not be automatically added to your list. To add the scanned item to your list, scroll down below the product’s price and select “Add to List” or “Save for Later”. Note: your camera needs to be enabled within the Wegmans App.

I’m using the barcode scanning feature in the Wegmans App – why won’t my item scan?

With thousands of items in our stores there are many varieties of UPC formats, labels, colors and materials used. In our testing we have found that some items (especially shiny plastics) have a harder time scanning than others.  Additionally, some items have not been loaded to our online catalog, therefore the barcode won’t be recognized when scanning.

How can I find out more information about “my store,” like available departments and contact information?

First, make sure you are shopping “In Store”. Then, tap the left-hand menu icon  and select the name of the store displayed. Tap “Store Details” located under the select button of the store you want more information about.

When I tap on My Items in the Wegmans App, do I see both in-store and online purchases?

As long as your Wegmans Online account has been linked to your Shoppers Club you will see both in-store and online past purchases.  If you have not linked them, all you will see are online purchases.

Why do My Items show up first when I search for an item?

To help you build a list or cart more quickly, your previously purchased items are often the first products to appear when you search. To take advantage of this time saving technique, you must be logged into your Wegmans account.

Can I create multiple shopping lists?

You can create as many shopping lists as you want, but you can only have one active shopping list at a time. The easiest way to create a new shopping list is to click on the left-hand menu bar icon and tap “Saved Lists”. Then, tap on the “Create New List” button to create your new list.

If you are viewing a product and want to make a new shopping list with that item, select the “Save for Later” button underneath the “Add to List” button. A drop-down box will appear, and just enter the title of your list and click the orange “+” icon. This will create your list and add the item to it.

How do I add an item to a Saved List?

To add an item to a Saved List, click on the orange heart icon on the product tile and select the name of the list that you want to add the product to. Or, you can click on the product and then select the orange “Save for Later” button and click on the list you want to add it to.

How do I view my list by aisle?

For items to be sorted by aisle, you must be in the In-Store shopping mode. If your items are sorted by department, it means that you are in Curbside or Delivery mode.

Can I share a list with someone?

Yes, to share a list with someone tap on the “My List” tile on the homepage. Then in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, tap on the three vertically stacked dots  and select “Share List”. This will allow you to share your list via text message, email, and more.

How do I add ingredients for a recipe to my shopping list?

Tap the left-hand menu icon  and select “Recipes.” When you locate a recipe you want to shop for, select “Shop Ingredients” under the “Ingredients” tab. Then, tap “Add to List” for each ingredient you want to add to your list. If you are already signed in, the ingredients will be added automatically.  If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to do so.

How do I access recipes I have saved?

You must be signed in to access your saved recipes on the Wegmans App, click on the left-hand menu bar icon  and select “Saved Recipes.”

How are products displayed when I search for an item by keyword?

When you are signed in, your items will be displayed first when you search for an item. This will allow you to quickly add the items you frequently buy to your list. Make sure your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that you see both your instore and online purchases.

How can I order more quickly using My Items?

When searching for products, you can use the “My Items” filter to display only the products that you have previously purchased. Make sure you are logged in and that your Shoppers Club is added to your account so that both your instore and online purchases show.

Why am I receiving the message “Your account is already in use.” when trying to create an account on the Wegmans App?

You are receiving this message because you already have an existing Wegmans Online account.  Please sign in with the email address that was used to create the account or click on the “Forgot Password” link if you do not know your password.  If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Care Center here, or by calling 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

Why am I having trouble adding my Shoppers Club to my Wegmans Online account in the mobile app?

If you use any punctuation or additional spacing when entering your last name during the Shoppers Club account addition process, our system will have difficulty recognizing your account. You can also choose to use your zip code.

Here are some helpful tips when entering your last name:

  • Delete any periods (Smith Jr. becomes Smith Jr)
  • Delete any apostrophes (O’Connor becomes OConnor)
  • Replace any dashes with a space (Johnson-Smith becomes Johnson Smith)
  • Delete additional space within name (Mc Donald becomes McDonald)

How do I add my Shoppers Club account to Apple Wallet?

The Shoppers Club bar code is only accessible in the Wegmans App. We hope to integrate with Apple Wallet in a future release.

Is the Wegmans App available to use in an Apple Watch?

The Wegmans App currently cannot be used on an Apple Watch.

Why am I having problems connecting when I open the Wegmans App?

Please make sure you have downloaded the most updated version of our app, as we continually improve the functionality with each new release.

Why do I lose connectivity of the app when in your stores?

We are working to improve connectivity points at all our locations. Once you access the list you want to use, the list remains viewable regardless of connectivity. You can also check items off as you place them in your cart.

Can I order prepared food items from the Wegmans App?

Certain cold prepared foods products can be ordered from the Wegmans app. Selection and availability will vary by store. To order our hot restaurant foods for curbside pickup or delivery, please visit our Wegmans Meals 2Go mobile app here.

What’s the difference between the Wegmans App and the Wegmans Meals 2GO app?

Our Wegmans App and Wegmans Meals 2Go App are two separate apps. Our Meals 2Go app is for ordering our restaurant foods (pizza, subs, sushi, salads, etc.) for pickup or delivery. Orders are delivered to your house by Door Dash. The Wegmans App is designed to help with your grocery shopping and gives you the ability to order groceries for curbside pickup or delivery. Groceries orders are delivered by Instacart.

Why are some of the items displayed under the organic filter not USDA certified organic?

Products made with some organic ingredients (i.e. Made with Organic Grains) are displaying the green organic wellness key. Customers have told us they like to see the full made with organic assortment. The organic leaf if your shortcut to fully organic items.

Where did my saved lists go?

To find a saved list on the app, tap on the left-hand menu bar and select “Saved Lists”. To view the products in your saved lists, click on the name of the list that you want to view.

Vegan. No ingredients have been derived from animals including, meat, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, or anything made from these. For example, a noodle made with eggs would not be vegan.
