Is my web browser supported?

We recommend using the following web browsers (current and prior major release of) Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis.

How do I create a shopping list?

You must be signed in to begin your shopping list. After signing in, you can create a shopping list by selecting "Shopping List" from the orange Toolbar on the right of any page on the site.  You will be able to label and save shopping lists for future reference.

Why do I want to build a shopping list?

It can help you organize your trip to the store so you save time. If you are a logged-in registered user, you can see prices and sort your list by the most convenient walking path of your store.

How do I save a shopping list?

Why am I not seeing some of/any of my purchases?

If it has been 24 hours or more since the purchase, there are a few possibilities. If your Shoppers Club card, key tag or phone number lookup was not used, the items on that purchase will not show. If you used a phone number lookup and you have the same phone number listed on your account as someone else, we cannot distinguish which account it should be posted to and it may end up on the wrong account. Also, if the purchase was made at a pharmacy register, due to HIPAA regulations the items on that purchase will not show.

Why am I seeing purchases that I did not make?

If you share your Shoppers Club card or key tag with others, those transactions will show on your account since they are using your membership card(s).  Also, if you have the same phone number on your account as other members and you both use the phone number lookup at the register, we cannot distinguish which account the purchases should be posted to and they may end up showing on someone else's account.

To avoid inaccuracies on your account, please be sure your Shoppers Club account information is always up to date and avoid sharing your Shoppers Club card or key tag with others. To avoid phone number lookup issues, change the phone number listed on your account to a unique phone number like a cell phone. You can update your information on the "My Profile" page or call Shoppers Club Customer Service at 1-800-848-1555, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.

Am I able to create multiple shopping lists?

Yes. You can manage your shopping lists by clicking on the "Shopping List" section of the orange Toolbar on the right side of any page on the site, then clicking on the "Create New List" button.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I can have on my list?

No, you can create as many lists as you’d like as long as you’re a registered user.  If you would like to register now please click here.

How do I adjust the quantity of an item?

If it's already in your list, you can go to your shopping list detail page and click on the plus (+) or minus (-) sign to the left of the item to increase or decrease the amount of items you need.

How do I delete a shopping list?

On your shopping list detail page click the trash can icon to the right of the name of your shoppping list.

Can I print my shopping list?

Yes. On your shopping list detail page click the printer icon to the right of the name of your shoppping list and follow the instructions.

Can I email my list to someone?

Yes. On your shopping list detail page click the envelope/mail icon to the right of the name of your shoppping list and follow the instructions.

Will everything I see displayed on my list online be on my print out or email?

After clicking the printer icon, a window will open giving you options to print. You can make changes to customize your printout there. 

When emailing, the recipient will receive the entire shopping list sorted by department based on chosen store. 

Will I see the total as I'm building my list?

An estimated total is available at the bottom of your shopping list, and in the List Quick View in the toolbar.  Your estimated total will vary depending on weight/number of items, tax, discounts, etc. Your actual total can only be determined upon purchase at checkout.

Can I add notes to my list?

Yes, you can add a note for individual items by clicking the "Add Note" link. Or you can make general notes by clicking the "Add" button in the List Notes section to the right of the name of your list. 

Is there a way to see if anything is on sale?

If there is a Shoppers Club discount available on an item, the Shoppers Club card icon will appear next to the price on your list. 

Can I have items shipped to my home that I put in my shopping list?

Sorry, but we do not ship groceries. The Shopping List is an online tool designed to help you plan your shopping trip.

I'm having trouble linking my Shoppers Club account.

If you use any punctuation or additional spacing when entering your last name during the Shoppers Club card linking process, our system will have difficulty recognizing your account. Our system can, however, successfully link your account using just the first four letters of your last name.  You can also choose to use your zip code or phone number too.

  • Delete any periods (Smith Jr. becomes Smith Jr)
  • Delete any apostrophes (O’Connor becomes OConnor)
  • Replace any dashes with a space (Johnson-Smith becomes Johnson Smith)
  • Delete additional space within name (Mc Donald becomes McDonald)

Can I add items to my list from the online flyer?

Unfortunately, we don’t have that capability at this time. You can also search throughout the site to find exactly what you're looking for.
