How do I sign up for a Shoppers Club card?

You can sign up online or at the service desk in any of our stores.

How do I order a Shoppers Club card for a family member?

Each individual person has their own account. You may share the keytag cards with family. Family and friends may sign up at their local store or by visiting the Shoppers Club page.

If I update my information online will it automatically update my Shoppers Club account?

Yes, your information will be sent to us electronically and will be updated. 

How do I order a replacement card or key tags?

  1. If you are registered with you can request a new card in "My Account Details" under the "Shoppers Club" section.
  2. By calling Customer Service at 1-800-848-1555.
  3. By visiting the Service Desk at your local Wegmans store.

How long does it take to get the card/key tags?

If you sign up in a Wegmans store you will receive a Shoppers Club card and key tags in the store. If you sign up online, your card and key tags will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.

I just signed up, but the card won't arrive for a week. How can I shop sooner?

If you provided your phone number, you can access your account for discounts the very next day by entering your phone number at the check out.

How do I sign up for checking services?

You may sign up for checking services by visiting the service desk at your local store with your state issued ID and Shoppers Club card. 

Does Wegmans have a privacy policy?

Yes. We want you to know you have our word that the information gathered through this site will only be used on behalf of giving you, our valued customer, our very best. Our Privacy Policy is available for your convenience and answers questions you may have about our website.

How do I get my 16- or 18-digit number for UPromise?

The 16 or 18-digit number required for UPromise is on your large Shoppers Club card. If you do not have the large card, we can send one to you by calling Wegmans at 1-800-848-1555 or if you are a registered user on our website you may re-order a new card in the "My Account Details" section online. You should receive it in 5 to 7 business days.  Once you receive it you can register with UPromise. When you go shopping you can still use your key tag and the purchases will go toward the UPromise program. Please let us know if you have any questions.
