Can I call in my order?

No, orders cannot be taken over the phone. Orders are only accepted online.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call us as soon as possible. 

Can I edit and update my order after I submit it?

You can call to remove items (with a minimum 1 hour notice before order pickup time), however, additional items cannot be added to an order after it is submitted.

How do I specify details of my order such as number of bananas, etc.?

Use the Notes section under each item after you add it to the list. For example, “I’d like 5 green bananas.”

Can I add prescriptions and hot food to my list?

Sorry, those items cannot be included at this time. 

If the timeslot I want is no longer available, can I just call you or pick another timeslot?

No, order changes are not taken over the phone, you can simply select the next available time slot online. 

How are my groceries stored?

We have refrigerators and freezers to store your chilled and frozen items. Once your order is selected, we keep your items under refrigeration until you arrive.

Where do I pick up my groceries?

You can pull up curbside and look for the Personal Shopping signs.

How do I pay for Wegmans Personal Shopping?

At this time, the accepted forms of curbside payment for Personal Shopping credit card, debit card, and Wegmans gift card.

In order to pay with cash, please park your car and come into the store to pay. Then once you pull up at the curb, we’ll load your groceries.

How do I use coupons?

When you pull up curbside, hand your coupons to the Personal Shopping assistant to redeem.

Do I need to tip?

No, but our folks love to see written compliments. 

Can I use my reusable bags?

Not at this time. Orders are bagged before your arrival, and we have no way to store your bags.

Do I need to show ID if there is alcohol in my order?

We follow the same proofing policies at curbside as we do inside the store.

Is delivery available?

We do not offer delivery at this time.

What if Wegmans needs to contact me?

Please leave the best way to contact you in the "comments" section of the App.

What will you do if you have a question about an item on my list?

When you submit the order, provide the phone number where we can call or text you. Or we can email you.
