When can I order my turkey dinner for Thanksgiving?

Some items on the holiday menu are available to order and pickup now. Complete holiday dinners are available to pre-order for pickup Nov. 21 – Nov. 26, while supplies last. Additional dates may be available; for help with your order please contact your store directly. Check wegmans.com/catering2GO for availability.

Is there a deadline for ordering for Thanksgiving?

Supplies are limited and availability may vary. Orders will be accepted, while supplies last, before noon on Nov. 24. A minimum of 24 hours is required.

Are holiday meals available for Carryout at all Wegmans locations?

Our holiday menu does vary by location. Visit wegmans.com/catering2GO for availability.

Are gluten-free options available?

Menu items made with no gluten containing ingredients are available, please click here for more information: View Holiday Dinner Nutritionals.

Can I order a holiday dinner for delivery?

Holiday dinners are available for Carryout only. Select items are available for delivery outside of Thanksgiving Day.

Can I order for pickup on Thanksgiving Day?

Only holiday dinners are available for pickup on Thanksgiving Day in all stores (except Massachusetts). Orders without a complete holiday dinner or turkey cannot be completed online. Please call your store directly for assistance.

Where do I find Nutritional Designations and Calorie Counts?

Additional nutrition information is available upon request by contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-800-WEGMANS.

Will any items require reheating?

Yes. All entrées and side dishes are cold at pick up and require heating before serving. Please take this into consideration when planning out your party timetable. Reheating instructions can be found here.

What is the cancellation policy?

Wegmans requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your order without charge. To cancel, contact your designated store’s Catering Department. In the event you fail to pick up your order within 24 hours of the scheduled time, Wegmans may charge you the full amount of your order as a cancellation fee and will not be obligated to refund your payment.

I am a 501c3 organization, can I order tax-exempt?

Yes, we accept tax-exemption through our online catering system for any 501c3 organization when you log-in with your Wegmans Shoppers Club for Business account.

What forms of payment are available?

Full payment is required in advance with a valid credit card. When placing this order; you will be directed to our secure payment service to complete it. All applicable state and local taxes will be included in your purchase total. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept Wegmans gift cards or Wegmans Shoppers Club for Business cards as methods of payment online.

Can I get an online catering order delivered?

Yes! Delivery is available through DoorDash. Exceptions apply for holiday meals and entrees.
