Where do I find Nutritional Designations and Calorie Counts?

Can’t find what I’m looking for or need help making selections?

All items are subject to seasonal availability and may not be available at all stores. If you need assistance, please call or visit your store’s Catering Department.

Will any items require reheating?

Yes. All entrées and side dishes are cold at pick up and require heating before serving. Please take this into consideration when planning out your party timetable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Wegmans requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your order without charge. To cancel, contact your designated store’s Catering Department. In the event you fail to pick up your order within 24 hours of the scheduled time, Wegmans may charge you the full amount of your order as a cancellation fee and will not be obligated to refund your payment.

I am a 501c3 organization, can I order tax-exempt?

We are unable to honor tax-exemption through our online catering system for any 501c3 organization. Please visit a Wegmans store near you to place your catering order directly.

What forms of payment are available?

Full payment is required in advance with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners/Carte Blanche, JCB). When placing this order; you will be directed to our secure payment service, Slim CD, to complete it. All applicable state and local taxes will be included in your purchase total. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept Wegmans gift cards or Wegmans Shoppers Club for Business cards as methods of payment online.

Can I get an online catering order delivered?

Online catering orders are only available for in-store pick up currently.

How early do I need to place my order?

When planning your party, we kindly ask that you place your order at least 24 hours prior to pick-up. This will allow our staff time to prepare and gather all your items.

How do I place an order?

Your party planning takes 3 easy steps:

  • First – Select a store near you where you will pick up your order. If you do not see your store in the drop-down list, it does not have a Catering Department. Please call your store directly to order or choose one of the listed catering stores.
  • Second – Choose the items you would like (with quantity, where applicable), and click “Add to Order” button.
  • Third – After completing your entire order, click “Save Order & Continue to Checkout” to pre-pay online. We’ll do the rest.

Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email which will serve as your receipt. Please remember to print your email and bring with you at time of pick-up.
