  • 1 pkg (7 oz) Wegmans Organic Chopped Onions

  • 3 Tbsp Wegmans Double Concentrate Tomato Paste Tube

  • 1 pkg (16 oz) Wegmans Cleaned & Cut Minestrone Soup Vegetables

  • 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence

  • 9 cups Wegmans Chicken Culinary Stock

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Orzo Pasta

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Wegmans Gourmet Mushroom Blend, washed

  • 3 cups diced Wegmans Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Italian Parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in stockpot on MED. Add onions, tomato paste, and soup vegetables. Cook, stirring, 3-5 min, until soft but not browned.
  • Step 2

    Stir in herbes and stock; increase heat to MED-HIGH. Bring to simmer; add orzo and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 min.
  • Step 3

    Add turkey; cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 min, until pasta and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.
