  • 1 white onion, peeled, 1/4-inch dice (about 2 cups)

  • 2 stalks celery, trimmed, 1/4-inch dice (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4 cup minced Wegmans Peeled Garlic

  • 2 cups cored, 1/2-inch diced Wegmans Organic Tomatoes on-the-Vine

  • 1/2 Wegmans Organic Green Bell Pepper, cored, seeded, finely diced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1 1/2 containers (32 oz each) Wegmans Vegetable Culinary Stock (about 6 cups)

  • 2 Tbsp Tabasco sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Wegmans Organic Turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp Wegmans Organic Ground Cumin

  • Step 1

    Add lentils, oil, onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers, vegetable stock, Tabasco, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, chili powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to 6-8qt slow cooker. Stir to combine; cover.
