  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup "Parsnip Puree" (search related recipe), warmed

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Half & Half

  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pine Nuts, toasted

  • 2 Tbsp Italian Classics 2-Leaf Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss asparagus and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 2

  • Step 3
