  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil

  • 4 cloves Wegmans Peeled Garlic

  • 1 bag (1 1/2 lbs) Wegmans Baby Gold Potatoes

  • 1 bag (1 1/2 lbs) Wegmans Baby Red Potatoes

  • 1 Tbsp salt + salt and pepper to taste, divided

  • 1 cup Wegmans Horseradish Cream Sauce (Seafood Dept)

  • 1 1/2 cups Wegmans Chicken Culinary Stock

  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in large stockpot on MED-HIGH. Add garlic cloves; cook 1-2 min, until slightly browned.
  • Step 2

    Add potatoes; stir. Add water to cover and 1 Tbsp salt; bring to simmer. Cover; simmer potatoes 20-25 min until soft. Carefully drain off water.
  • Step 3

    Mash potatoes and garlic in stockpot with potato masher or hand-held mixer, starting slowly.
  • Step 4

    Add horseradish sauce, chicken stock (you may not need entire amount), and thyme; blend well. Season with salt and pepper.
