  • 2 pkgs (about 1 3/4 lbs each) Wegmans Boneless Country Ribs, cut in large diced pieces

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil, divided

  • 2 jars (16 oz each) Wegmans Salsa Verde

  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season pork with salt. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in electric pressure cooker on BROWN. Add half the pork; cook, turning to brown all sides, about 8 min. Transfer to clean dish. Repeat process with remaining oil and pork. Cancel BROWN function.
  • Step 2

    Return all pork to pressure cooker; add salsa verde and water.
  • Step 3

    Close and lock lid; set dial on lid to PRESSURE. Set pressure cooker timer for 30 min on HIGH.
  • Step 4

    Release pressure using quick release method (carefully avoid steam); open lid. Stir.
