  • 1 1/4 lbs zucchini (green squash)

  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 container (7 oz) Wegmans Organic Lemon Dill Hummus (Dairy Dept), divided

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Roasted Red Tomatoes (Cheese Shop), divided

  • 3 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Crumbled Plain Feta Cheese (Cheese Shop), divided

  • 6 tsp Italian Classics Basil Pesto Sauce, divided

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat grill on MED. Trim ends of zucchini; halve lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  • Step 2

    Brush inside of zucchini with basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill, cut-side down, 4-5 min, uncovered, until edges are slightly charred and caramelized. Transfer to clean work surface.
  • Step 3

    Fill each zucchini with 2 Tbsp hummus; top evenly with tomatoes, 1/2 Tbsp feta, and 1 tsp pesto. Grill, uncovered, 10 min or until filling begins to bubble.
