  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 6 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Add shrimp to large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat.
  • Step 2

    Add shrimp to grill in single layer; close lid. Grill 2-3 min. Turn over.
  • Step 3

    Grill 2-3 min.
  • Step 4

    Remove from grill (130 degrees).
  • Step 5

    Let rest 2 min (145 degrees).
  • Step 6

    Optional: Serve with cocktail sauce or tarragon sauce for additional flavor.
