  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tsp Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Cut lobster tails in half by splitting down the middle; devein. Loosen meat from tail, keeping it in the shell. Season lobster meat with salt and pepper; drizzle lightly with oil.
  • Step 2

    Add lobster to grill, meat side-down; close lid. Reduce heat to MED-HIGH. Grill about 2 min; rotate, keeping meat side-down. Grill 2 min; turn over.
  • Step 3

    Grill 2 min. Remove from grill (130 degrees).
  • Step 4

    Let rest 2 min (145 degrees).
  • Step 5

    Optional: Finish with Butter Boy French Butter or serve with Tarragon Sauce for additional flavor. Note:
