  • 1 1/2 cups plus 3 Tbsp Wegmans Organic All Purpose Flour, divided

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Organic Light Brown Sugar, packed

  • 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) chilled Wegmans Organic Salted Butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Chopped Walnuts

  • 3/4 cup Wegmans White Granulated Sugar

  • 1 tsp Wegmans Organic Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Wegmans Organic Ground Nutmeg

  • 6 apples (choose your favorite variety) peeled, cored, sliced thin

  • Wegmans Avocado Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar in medium bowl. Add butter; blend in with fingers until moist clumps form. Mix in walnuts; cover. Refrigerate topping until ready to use.
  • Step 2

    Combine white sugar, remaining 3 Tbsp flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix in apples to form filling mixture.
  • Step 3

    Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; add filling mixture followed by topping. Bake about 1 hour until apples are tender and top is golden. Let rest 8-10 min; serve warm.
