  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Italian Classics Hot Pepper Spread

  • 3 Tbsp Wegmans Classic Mayonnaise

  • 6 center slices (1/2-inch each) Wegmans Garlic Tuscan Bread

  • 1/2 lb Porchetta (Deli Dept), sliced very thin (about 30 slices)

  • 3/4 cup Wegmans Organic Baby Arugula

  • 3 slices Italian Classics Provolone Cheese (Deli Dept)

  • 3 tsp Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine hot pepper spread and mayo in small bowl. Evenly spread each slice bread with mayo mixture.
  • Step 2

    Top 3 slices of bread each with about 10 slices of porchetta, 1/4 cup arugula, and 1 slice of cheese. Close sandwiches, pressing down lightly.
  • Step 3

    Heat 2 tsp olive oil in large skillet on MED until oil shimmers lightly. Add 2 panini to pan; press with spatula to flatten. Turn over when bottom slices turn golden brown, about 4 min. Cook 3-4 min, pressing occasionally with spatula to flatten, until second sides are golden brown.
  • Step 4

    Add remaining tsp oil to skillet. Cook remaining panini, per step 3.

• Use loaf ends for croutons or breadcrumbs.
