  • 1 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil

  • 1 Tbsp peeled, chopped shallots

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Wegmans Gourmet Mushroom Blend, washed, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 Tbsp golden raisins

  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • 1/4 cup Wegmans Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Shredded Medium Le Gruyere Cheese (Cheese Shop)

  • 1 pkg (1.9 oz) Wegmans Mini Phyllo Pastry Shells (Frozen Foods)

  • 2 Tbsp chopped Wegmans Organic Chives

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat basting oil in saute pan on MED until oil faintly smokes. Add shallots and mushrooms; cook, stirring, 2-3 min until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2

    Add raisins and white wine; simmer 1-2 min until liquid is reduced by half. Add heavy cream; simmer 1-2 min until liquid is reduced and mixture thickens. Remove from heat; fold in cheese.
  • Step 3

    Place shells on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Divide filling evenly into each shell.
  • Step 4

    Bake about 5 min. Let rest 1-2 min; garnish with chopped chives.

Chef Tip

Can be made ahead, chilled, and reheated in 350 degree oven for about 5 min.
