  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Wegmans Fresh Mild Goat Cheese, cut in 5 pieces

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Wegmans Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tsp chopped Wegmans Basil

  • 1 tsp chopped Wegmans Organic Oregano

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Pitted Greek Olive Mix (Cheese Shop), chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place tomatoes in small bowl; crush with back of fork.
  • Step 2

    Place cheese in baking dish; top with tomatoes, thyme, basil, oregano and olives.
  • Step 3

    Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Place in oven; cook 15-18 min or until warmed through and tomatoes bubble.

Chef Tip

• Serve with crostini. • Dried herbs can be used, using half as much of dried as you would fresh. Chopping of herbs and olives can be done in advance. • May be cooked in foil pie plate on MED preheated grill, closed, 12-15 min or until warmed through.
