Live Lobster
Boiling Method
- Bring large pot of salted water to a boil on HIGH.
- Carefully submerge lobster(s) head first into water; cover.
- Continue cooking according to the chart below until the internal temp of the tail at the thickest part reaches 145 degrees. Carefully remove from water; let drain before serving.

Steaming Method
- Place steamer rack in large pot filled with about 2 inches of water.
- Bring water to a rolling boil and add lobster (head first).
- Cover pot and steam for about 18 min.
