Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, contains less than 2% of each: Wheat Gluten, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Salt, Wheat Flour, Dried Yeast, Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid added as a dough conditioner, Enzymes.
Keep Refrigerated. For best results, use within 24 hours after purchase. If purchased frozen, use within 24 hours after thawing. Previously frozen, do not refreeze. HOW TO THAW: Thawing times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. If frozen, remove dough from bag. Place in large bowl with 1 Tbsp oil. Rub oil over entire dough ball and sides of bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. 2. Thaw at room temperature 5-7 hours or refrigerate overnight until completely thawed. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. You'll need pizza toppings of your choice. Oven: 1. Bring dough to room temperature in oiled bowl, 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 3. Roll or hand shape to desired shape, about ¼-inch thickness. 4. Place on a large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; form dough to fit pan. Add toppings. 5. Bake about 20 min or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown.
