Preheat OVEN 350F. Remove wrap and souffle cup, WASH HANDS. Season scallops with salt & pepper and pour sauce over scallops, discard cup and WASH HANDS. COOK for 10-12 min or internal temp 130F, rest 2 min. Final temp 145F.
