Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine seafood batter mix (entire package) and beer or club soda (1 cup) in a large bowl. 2. Dip fish into the batter mixture until completely coated. Shake off excess batter. 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Slowly dip each piece in the hot oil and hold for 2-3 seconds before dropping into the deep fryer. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 1.5 lbs. of fish.
