Directions: To prepare entire bag, bring 12 cups of salted water to a rolling boil. Add kaizen rice and stir. Some foaming is normal. Boil for 5-6 min. Depending on desired firmness. Strain the boiled rice, rinse and serve. Optional: for extra flavor, return the rice to the pot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter, stir, and cook for 1 more minute before serving.
