How to cook: keep frozen until ready to cook. Sous vide sauce pouch is boil-safe. Recommended method: bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Take noodles out of its sleeve and add to pot along with unopened sauce packet and cook for 5-7 minutes. Pour sauce over strained noodles and mix well. Alternative method: noodles: bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Remove noodles from plastic sleeve and cook for 6 minutes. Prep sauce on either stovetop or microwave. Strain the noodles and mix with heated sauce. Sauce (select 1 cooking method) 1. Stovetop: bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil and add the unopened sauce packet. Heat for 4 minutes and set aside. 2. Microwave (1200 w): empty sauce from sauce pouch into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high (100% power) for 35 seconds. Remove from microwave and make sure the sauce is at least 165 degrees F. Adjust cook time as needed to heat the sauce to 165 degrees F if not using a 1200 W microwave. Caution: Contents will be hot.
