Oven Directions: Best for golden browning: 1. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. 3. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes before serving (sauce will thicken slightly when cooling). You will need. 3 cups boiling water. 3/4 cup milk. 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine.
