Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F. Microwave: Perforate film 3-4 times to allow steam to vent. Place tray directly into microwave and cook on high for 1:50 - 2 min (based off 1100 watts). Let sit for 1 minute before removing from microwave. Carefully remove plastic tray. Wrapper and dumpling will be hot. How to Eat Soup Dumplings: 1.
