Margherita Pizza: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spoon 1/3 cup of Carbone Pizza Sauce onto 12 inch pizza dough and spread. Add 1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese over top. Place 6 slices of low moisture mozzarella slices, about 1/8 inch thick, over the top. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, until the crust is browned and cheese is golden. Once removed from oven, top with 6 torn pieces of fresh buffalo mozzarella and 6 torn pieces of fresh basil. Finish with additional drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Buon Appetito!
