Certified Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Protein Blend (Milk Protein Concentrate, Pea Protein Isolate), Peanut Flour, Date Powder, Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Maple Sugar, Flaxseed, Chia Seeds, Natural Flavors, Himalayan Pink Salt, Vanilla Powder, Monk Fruit.
How to: Step1: Add water or milk to dotted line (7 oz). Turn upside down and shake well. Do not top off. Step 2: Refrigerate before bed. We recommend at least 4 hours, overnight is perfect! Step 3: Wake and Shake. Enjoy on the go.
