Use as often as needed. Directions: Before first use, expel a short streem of mist into the air. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and press down on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so that a gentel mist coats nasal passages. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril. To flush & irrigate, tilt head to the side over sink. Insert tip of nozzle into the top nostril, depressing on textured area at base of the nozzle so that a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out the opposite nostril. Repeat in other nostril. Use as often as needed.

Warnings: The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection. Extra strength (hypertonic) saline contains a higher level of salt to draw water out of swaollen nasal tissues, allowing for better drainage. It is possible that hypertonic saline may cause temporary burning or stinging. If this is bothersome, consider using an isotonic spray such as Simply Saline Daily Care. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use for children under age 2. If pregnant or breast-feeding ask a health professional before use. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate.
