Yerba Mate Tea.
Preparation Instructions: Fill 2/3 of the mate gourd with yerba mate. Cover the top of the gourd with your hand, turn it over and shake several times. Now tilt the gourd so that the yerba rests on one side. Pour a little bit of lukewarm water on the side that has less yerba. Insert the bombilla in the same spot and add hot water (160-175 degrees F), always pouring in the same spot near the bombilla. Take a sip and enjoy an exquisite mate!
Keep in a cool and dry place.
