Pan Fry: Easy method with your non-stick pan. Drizzle oil on a non stick pan. Cook frozen falafel on low medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Baked: All the goodness with added health benefit. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle oil on baking sheet as well as on top of falafel. Toss falafel until well coated. Bake for 10 minutes on each side on until golden brown. Air Fry: Keep the crispiness alive. Set air-fryer to 400 degrees F. Drizzle oil on basket/tray as well as on top of falafel. Toss falafel until well coated. Air fry for 3-4 minutes on each side on until golden brown. Do not thaw. For food safety and best product quality, cook to internal temperature at 165 degrees F.
