100% Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Pea Protein Concentrate with Tapioca Starch, Milk Protein Concentrate, Walnuts, Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Chia Seeds, Whey Protein Isolate with Sunflower Lecithin, Banana Powder, Milk Protein Isolate, Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Natural Flavor, Monk Fruit Extract.
Add 1/2 cup water or milk & stir well + microwave for 60-75 seconds or steep for 2-3 minutes. Microwave Directions: 1. Tear packet open and add contents to a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup water (use milk for extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Based on desired texture, heat in microwave on high for 60-75 seconds (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens.
