Easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning: 1. Press down and rotate the chopper knob to the right to lock into place. 2. Twist to remove bottom cup and cover. Remove wiper using side grips. 3. Carefully unscrew blade cart ridge counter clock wise using side grips. 4. All parts are dishwasher safe. To Reassemble: 1. Screw blade cart ridge onto body clockwise using side grips. 2. Carefully align blades on chopper with the wiper and attach. 3. Reattach cup and bottom cover. 4. Keep knob locked for compact storage or twist to unlock for use.
Note: Keep wiper in place while using the chopper to ensure stability and easy cleanup. Warning: Product is very sharp. Handle with care when unpacking, using, cleaning and storing. Keep out of reach of children.
