Goodles Noodles (Wheat Flour, Chickpea Protein, Wheat Protein, Nutrients Extracted from [Broccoli (Organic), Spinach (Organic), Kale (Organic), Pumpkin (Organic), Sweet Potato (Organic), Sunflower Seed (Organic), Cranberry (Organic), Chlorella (Organic), Maitake Mushroom (Organic), Shiitake Mushroom (Organic)]), Romano and Parmesan Cheese Blend (Cultured Milk, Whey, Buttermilk, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Enzymes), Butter (Cream, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Tapioca Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Cracked Black Pepper, Lactic Acid.
Cooking Directions. 1. Fill your favorite pot with 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add Goodles macaroni and cook 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain well (no rinsing, please!) and throw back into the pot. 3. Add 1/4 cup low fat milk and Goodles cheese- no butter necessary! (For more authentic Cacio flavor, swap out the milk for 1/4 cup pasta water-scoop it out right before draining-and add 2 Tbsp butter.) 4.
