The Siete story began during the Garza family's collective health journey, when Veronica Garza made a tortilla from almond flour. Her grandma Campos said it tastes "even better than my homemade tortillas," and it ensured the family of seven (Siete!) could still enjoy heritage-inspired meals without sacrificing flavor or texture.
