Turkey Breast.
Keep Refrigerated. Use or freeze by date stamped on package. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Place turkey, breast side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with oil; season. 3. Roast 15 min; reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Continue to roast until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 20 min per pound. Check internal temperature by inserting digital thermometer into thickest part of turkey breast, but not touching the bone. 4. Remove from oven; rest 15-20 min before slicing.
