Cook Tofu Like A Pro: Remove from packaging. Place on a plate and press lightly with a paper towel to release excess water. The tofu can be baked, fried. Steamed or broiled. To Fry: Add a tbsp of oil to a frying pan. Cut tofu into cubes and fry each side until crisp and golden. Don't forget the seasoning!
