We’re not a country split into red states or blue states. That's a way of keeping us separated. Keeping us divided. We are more than, we are better than that. We see our country as fifty purple states-complex and distinct, with different histories, stories and dialects, but ultimately united in a belief that travels across every state border. A vision that has the power to stretch from sea to shining sea. A belief that can unite neighbors and be championed by Main Street, Wall Street, urban metropolises and small, rural towns.
