Water, Long Grain White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Olive Oil, Sorghum Flour, Invert Syrup, Potato Starch, Salt, Psyllium Husk, Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate).
Prep Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to enjoy! Moisten pretzel with water, oil or butter & sprinkle with included salt. Preferred Method Oven: Preheat oven to 350, bake for 6-10 mins until soft and reheated. Air Fryer: Preheat to 375, bake for 5-7 mins or until soft and reheated. Microwave: Heat 5 nuggets for 45-60 seconds or until soft and reheated.
