Cooking Directions: Do not defrost. Season water to your taste. Place fish loaf, with inner wrapping in boiling water, once water returns to a boil let simmer for about 1 - 1/2 hours. Baking Directions: Place fish loaf in a pan with one inch of water, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 - 1/2 hours. Ovens may vary, so cooking time or temperature may need to be adjusted.
