Keep refrigerated or frozen. You will need: - Braising pan with lid - 1 rack (about 3 lbs) Sweet & Smoky BBQ Seasoned Pork Spareribs- 18-20 oz. bottle of your favorite Wegmans BBQ Sauce - 12 oz. your favorite stock, broth, or beer HOW TO COOK: DO NOT MICROWAVE IN PACKAGE. 1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. 2. Cut rack of ribs in half. Sear on grill 3-4 min per side; do not cook through. Transfer ribs to braising pan. 3. Add BBQ sauce and stock, broth, or beer to bowl; whisk to combine. Pour over ribs; cover. Place braising pan in oven. 4. Braise 2 1/2-3 hours. Carefully remove lid; cook 10 min. Skim fat from sauce before serving. Chef Tip: For smoked ribs, set smoker to 225 degrees F; cook full rack 5-6 hours. Baste with your favorite BBQ Sauce before serving.
