You will need:Biscuit:1 cup cold water1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese*1 pouch Gluten-Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (enclosed)Herb Butter Sauce:1/4 cup butter1 pouch garlic herb blend (enclosed)Before you begin:Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.1. Stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms. (do not over-mix).2. Scoop dough immediately into 10–12 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.3. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, add garlic herb blend and stir until well blended.4. Spoon or brush 1 teaspoon herb butter sauce onto each hot biscuit.
