Regenerative Organic Certified Sushi Rice.
Get Cooking: This rice is raw and must be cooked to unlock its deliciousness. 1. Using a fine mesh sieve, rinse 1 cup rice under cold water for 1 minute and drain. 2. Combine rice and 1-1/2 cups water in a 2 qt. saucepan and soak for 30 minutes. 3. Bring soaked rice and water to a boil. 4. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 20 minutes. 5. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and dig in. Serves 4-5. Tip: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, no big deal! Try adding 1-2 tbsp. water and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Refrigeration recommended for extended shelf life.
