For the best NY-style bagel, chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside: Microwave for 60 seconds until soft or fully reheated. If your bagel comes out dry, it just means you knead to microwave a little longer, try another 15-20 seconds until perfection is achieved. Cool slightly, then toast if desired. No Microwave, No Problem: Bake frozen bagel at 350 degrees For 15-20 minutes or until soft and fully reheated.
